Pirates fan catches Cardinals home run ball in Pittsburgh, immediately chucks it into river


Normally if you go to an MLB recreation and catch a home run ball, you’ll maintain that ball and have fun the second, regardless of which group hit it — it’s a uncommon occurring for many.

However, this Pirates fan watching his workforce play towards the Cardinals in Pittsburgh needed nothing to do with a home run ball from the opposing workforce. After catching it, he immediately threw it into the Allegheny River behind the stadium.

This Pirates fan didn’t hesitate. He threw that Cardinals homer straight into the river.

That fan didn’t pause to consider what he was doing for a single second.

It seems like he was sitting in a piece with a superb group of followers rooting for St. Louis, so maybe their cheering obtained underneath his pores and skin. Or perhaps they have been trash speaking with him earlier than that second, which impressed him to eliminate that ball shortly.

Whatever the rationale, that fan obtained to see his Pirates get a win. They beat the Cardinals, 5-2.
